SNACKERS AND DRINKERS

Beware
'sports' cola, fruit and sweet drinks as the acids can dissolve
teeth and the sugar can cause decay.
 |
Mostly
when exercising, drinking water is best. |
 |
Avoid
snacking on sweet food and 'energy' bars, and remember frequent
sugar intake can result in rapid and serious decay. |
 |
Coaches
should advise elite athletes on the use and dental risks of
sports drinks. |
